Manufacturing Procedures
Welding
Our light poles are formed from a single sheet of steel. We use full welding, both inside and out, at the connection between the main pole and the flange, further enhancing the pole's strength.
Hot-Dip Galvanization
We use a hot-dip galvanizing process to ensure a zinc coating thickness of over 70µm, which protects our light poles from corrosion for more than 30 years.
Powder Coating
Our electrostatic powder coating process not only allows for custom colors but also adds an extra protective layer, further extending the pole's lifespan.
