We package the lighting fixtures in foam and cartons, the light poles in felt and bubble wrap, and components such as batteries in standard export wooden crates.
02 - Extra Quantities and Item Labels
We prepare each shipment with extra quantity and item labels, making it easier for our clients to verify and install the products upon arrival at their warehouse.
03 - Regular Spare Parts
We provide a certain proportion of spare parts to prevent potential damage risks. Specifically, we supply spare parts at a fixed rate of 5% to 10% for standard components and 1% for solar controllers.
Shipping
01 - Professional Container Loading Plan
We offer professional container loading plans that allows our clients to maximize their cargo capacity, reducing transportation costs. Additionally, our team is capable of loading up to 3 containers simultaneously, ensuring fast and efficient order fulfillment and shipping.
We understand the critical importance of safety when transporting batteries. We provide all necessary hazardous materials transportation reports and certificates related to lithium batteries(MSDS, UN38.3, MDG Report and ATDG Report) and ensure full compliance with maritime shipping regulations.
To enhance the safety of lithium battery transportation, we configure them in a fully disconnected state. This ensures that upon receipt and installation, the batteries can be used smoothly by our customer.
