Lenses
Our lenses are made of premium polycarbonate material from Teijin, with excellent strength and light transmittance. Paired with our patented light distribution design, it allows for 30% larger lighting area, better uniformity, and anti-glare.
Packaging process
We inject special silicone between the lens and LED chip to eliminate air gaps, increasing light efficiency by 10%.
Aluminum substrate
With a thermal conductivity above 2.0, our aluminum substrates speed up heat dissipation, prolonging the lifespan of the LEDs. Copper foil thickness exceeds 35mm, ensuring stable performance under high currents and temperatures.
Heat sink
The dense, solid heat sink we use improves heat dissipation and extends the life of the LED. The housing is made of high-strength die-cast aluminum, exceeding IK09 standards, and all exposed screws are made of 304 stainless steel.
Customized Lighting Solution
We will propose lighting solutions according to different application situations, and issue DIALUX report to simulate the illuminating effects of the light to be installed.
Type1 :
Two-way lateral suitable for 2 lane roads and walkways. Meant to be placed in the center.
Type2 :
Lateral but a little larger are than Type 1. Good for 4-lanes, on-ramps, and usuallyocated rocosice.
Type3 :
Commonly known as "bat-wing"it is suitable for perimeters where other interior pole placements fill the site.
Type4 :
Known as a "forward throw, or asymmetric, is best along perimeters where spill light is a concern and/or there are no places to add poles within the site.

04 -- Controllers
Intelligent Temperature Adjustment
Temperature sensor in the controller keeps monitoring battery temperature while the system is under operation. Once abnormal temperature detected, controller will adjust charging current to regulate battery temperature, so as to ensure sate operation.
Multi-protection
Battery reverse polarity protection, solar panel reverse polarity protection, solar panel over-voltage protection, lithium battery overcharge and over discharge protection, lithium battery BMS overcharge detection protection, over temperature protection, load open circuit and short circuit protection, load over current protection, etc.
Advanced MPPT Technology
The controller can detect real-time power generation and track the maximum voltage and current, which enables the system to charge the battery with the highest efficiency, thus increase energy utilization by 15% to 20%
Smart Lighting Mode & 365-day non-stop operation
5-stage working modes can be set on customers' demand. During continuous rainy days, the system will intelligently reduce output power of LED lamp to extend working time, thus ensure the non-stop operation.

Optional Motion Sensor

05 -- Lamp Poles
Materials
Made from high-quality steel (Q235, Q345, Q355) from top brands, our light poles own EN40 certificate.
Welding
Our light poles are formed from a single sheet of steel. We use full welding, both inside and out, at the connection between the main pole and the flange, further enhancing the pole's strength.
Process
We use a hot-dip galvanizing process to ensure a zinc coating thickness of over 70µm, which protects our light poles from corrosion for at least 10 years.
Color
Our electrostatic powder coating process not only allows for custom colors but also adds an extra protective layer, further extending the pole's lifespan.
Design
In addition to regular light poles, we can also customize light poles of various shapes and materials according to your needs, including aluminum poles and stainless steel poles.
Packaging
We use double-layer packaging with felt and bubble wrap to effectively prevent bumps and scratches on our light poles. Additionally, our brackets and anchor bolts are designed to be detachable, making transportation easier.
